Manifest Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Manifest is a read-only order and inventory dashboard for businesses that connect their own BaseLinker account. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.
Data You Provide
To connect the app, you may enter a BaseLinker API token and select an inventory. The token is stored in secure storage on your device and is used to request your business data from BaseLinker. Manifest does not use the token to create, edit, or delete data in BaseLinker.
Business Data Shown In The App
The app displays order, stock, product, category, warehouse, sales, and related dashboard information returned by BaseLinker. Depending on your BaseLinker account data, this may include customer or order details. The app may cache order and product data locally on your device so the dashboard can load faster.
Purchases And Entitlements
If you buy a subscription or lifetime access through Google Play, the app sends the Google Play product ID and purchase token to a HaloTrade Firebase Function. The function verifies the purchase with the Google Play Developer API and stores entitlement records, including a hashed purchase token and purchase verification details, in Firebase/Firestore.
Sharing
Manifest shares data only as needed to provide the service: with BaseLinker when you connect your account, with Google Play to process and verify purchases, and with Google Firebase infrastructure used for entitlement verification. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Security
BaseLinker tokens are stored using device secure storage. Cached business data remains on the device. Purchase verification is performed server-side before paid access is granted.
Your Choices
You can remove the BaseLinker token from the app settings or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device. You may also rotate or revoke API tokens in your BaseLinker account.
